Horse Livery

Coldcroft Farm has has excellent equestrian facilities. We have a very good sized sand school, horse walker, good sized stables and newly fenced post and rail fields. In addition, our location means we benefit from fabulous local hacking on May Hill, the Huntley greenway and through Huntley Woods.

The equestrian facilities are primarily used by ourselves for our private horses, and also Coldcroft Shires are based here. However, we do have a few local friends and neighbours who keep their horses with us. We will never have large numbers, quality is more important than quantity.

Ménage  to hire

• 60 x 20m school with an excellent surface

• flood lit

• a few show jumps and poles

Available to hire Monday through to Saturday, by prior arrangement:

£10 / hour for 1 hour 

£15/ hour if two horses 

 

You are welcome to bring your instructor too if you want.

Full and Part Livery

The farm plays host to Coldcroft Shires , where they use the stables and facilities as their Shire horse training venue for Shire horse Experiences and Shire horse training days. Through Coldcroft Shires there is full, part and hunting livery service here at the farm. 

 

Riding Holidays

If you are staying at either the Old Apple Store or Owl's barn on the farm or are on a training event with Coldcroft Shires and want to bring a horse with you, then we have stabling and fields available.
